地点状语就是表示动作发生的地点的状语。
充当地点状语的可以是副词，可以是介词短语，也可以是从句（就是地点状语从句，它也属于地点状语）。如：
Come here!（here是副词作地点状语）
We go to school every day. (to school 是介词短语作地点状语）
He is at home. （at home 是介词短语作地点状语）
They will go where they are happy. (where they are happy是地点状语从句）
